Our biggest gripe with the HESPORT app is that it can be a bit sluggish at times. The app can hang just moving from one section to another, which really disrupts the experience. This does not happen on modern smartphones and tablets, but those can easily access the website directly. It is the older devices where an an app like this is most needed, and it is on those devices where these issues most exist.
